This is a much loved local, which is always full of people with a lively atmosphere. They offer food throughout the day, and some say they make the best pies in the UK. But we'll let you be the judge of that.

You can walk straight down the side of this pub to the garden, so if you'd rather take your dog directly to the outdoor seating area and avoid the bar/restaurant, you can. they will have water bowls available, fresh upon request. Dogs are welcome inside and out, so enjoy the terrace in summer and the fire in winter.

The decor inside is traditional pub, with warm, cosy vibes all round from the leather armchairs, to the many collected coasters stuck around the bar. It oozes character!

Better yet, for those cask ale and lager drinkers they actually brew their own on site and if they haven't done that then they stick to sourcing from small batch producers around the UK. They brew vegan friendly as well, so all are welcome to come and try their diverse range on offer.
